Wash whole chicken and pat dry. Slant cut chicken thighs, breast .
In a bowl mix lime juice, ginger garlic paste ,paprika, roasted cumin powder, roasted coriander, garam masala powder, and salt and mix well.
Now marinate chicken with prepared marinade, applying cuts from theigh, breast and whole parts of chicken. keep in fridge for 2 hours.
After 2 hours grease tin with oil or butter and put chicken in it, and bake for 15 minutes in preheated oven.
After 15 minute take out chicken, heat 2 tbsp butter and shallow fry chicken on both sides till crisp.
Serve with onion rings, tomato roundels, boiled egg and fried chillies.
